PASS: fixed script accepts titles, retains prior items, rejects blank/whitespace, trims input and assigns textContent.
PASS: executable scripts differ only in the form selector.
LIMIT: simulated DOM; browser layout, keyboard submission and actual HTML rendering not exercised.
